Pursuant to the Governing Board Resolution No. 5 Series of 2022 amending Section 95 and 96, Rule I, Part III of the Revised POEA Rules and Regulations Governing the Recruitment and Employment of Landbased Overseas Filipino Workers, to streamline the accreditation of foreign principals and employers, the following are the guidelines for verification of accreditation documents:
REQUIREMENTS
- Recruitment Agreement between the Foreign Recruitment Agency (FRA) and Philippine Recruitment Agency (PRA)
- Job Order (Between the Employer and PRA indicating number of positions required and salary per position)
- Manpower Request ( Between the Employer and FRA indicating number of positions required and salary per position)
- Master/Standard Employment Contract signed on all pages by the FRA and Employer
- License to recruit and to deploy Foreign Workers as a Foreign Recruitment Agency from Host Country
- Notarized Certification that FRA is not a Patronato
- Valid Identification document of FRA authorized representative
- Valid DMW license of PRA
- Valid identification document of PRA authorized representative
- Undertaking
- Business Registration of the Employer in Official English Translation
- Service Agreement between the FRA and Employer
- Verification Fee : 135 euros
PROCEDURE
Please email PDF copies of the above documents for an initial evaluation. Upon submission of complete and correct documents, MWO Milan will provide instructions for the submission of original and photocopies. Once received, payment instructions via bank transfer will be given. Processing time of payment may take 1-2 banking days.
Upon reflection of payment in the bank account, the employment documents will be verified and the client will be notified for document pick up.
