Italian employers hiring a Filipino Worker through the Decreto Flussi Program are advised to engage the assistance of licensed Philippine Recruitment Agency (PRA). The PRA shall assist the employer and the worker in completing the requirements for the verification of the Employment Contract. The verified contract will be necessary for the issuance of an Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) in favor of the worker. The OEC with the verified contract will be presented by the worker to the Philippine Bureau of Immigration upon deployment to Italy. REQUIREMENTS

Please take note that the Filipino Worker must be at least 24 years old at the time of filing the application for contract verification (POEA Advisory 43, Series of 2022).

PROCEDURE

  1. Submit PDF copies of the documentary requirements to polomilan1@gmail.com for the initial evaluation by the Migrant Workers Office (MWO).
  2. The Labor Attache shall review and interview via video conference the Principal and the Employee for clarifications. If needed, a visit of the job site will also be conducted.
  3. After evaluation, the MWO will provide instructions for the submission of the original and copies of the documentary requirements.
  4. Upon receipt of the complete requirements, MWO shall provide the Employer/PRA with payment instructions through bank transfer. The clearing time of payment with the official Depositary Bank of the MWO is 1-2 banking days.
  5. Once the bank transfer is confimed and reflected in the MWO Bank Account, the employment documents will be verified and the client will be notified to arrange for the pick up of the verified employment contract.
