Italian employers hiring a Filipino Worker through the Decreto Flussi Program are advised to engage the assistance of licensed Philippine Recruitment Agency (PRA). The PRA shall assist the employer and the worker in completing the requirements for the verification of the Employment Contract. The verified contract will be necessary for the issuance of an Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) in favor of the worker. The OEC with the verified contract will be presented by the worker to the Philippine Bureau of Immigration upon deployment to Italy. REQUIREMENTS
Please take note that the Filipino Worker must be at least 24 years old at the time of filing the application for contract verification.
- Job Order (from the Employer addressed to a license Philippine Recruitment Agency (PRA))
- Recruitment Agreement (between the Employer and the Philippine Recruitment Agency (PRA))
- Valid Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) License of the Philippine Recruitment Agency
- Valid Identification Document or Copy of the Identification Page of the Passport of PRA Representative/ Authorized Signatory
- Copy of Nulla Osta Al Lavoro (Certificate of No Objection) and its succeeding pages with pertinent information on the employer, worker and the terms and conditions of employment
- Copy of Carta d’Identita of Employer
- Copy of the Valid Philippine Passport of Worker
- Copy of Visa of Worker (if available)
- Copy of Casellario Giudiziale (Police Clearance in favor of the Employer with English translation)
- Employer Profile to state the complete address, contact information, proof of capacity to employ and pay wages, number of persons in the household
- Undertaking for HSWs
- Standard Employment Contract for HSW (with DMW minimum requirement)
- Verification Fee : 135 euros
PROCEDURE
Please submit pdf copies of the documentary requirements via email for the initial evaluation of the Migrant Workers Office (MWO).
After evaluation, the MWO will provide instructions for the submission of the original and copies of the documentary requirements. Upon receipt of the complete requirements, MWO shall provide the Employer/PRA with payment instructions through bank transfer. The clearing time of payment with the official Depositary Bank of the MWO is 1-2 banking days.
Once the bank transfer is confimed and reflected in the MWO Bank Account, the employment documents will be verified and the client will be notified to arrange for the pick up of the verified employment contract.

- Copy of Carta d’Identita of employer (signature should be the same with the signatures in the forms)
- Copy of passport of worker
- Copy of Visa of worker, if already available
- Copy of Business Registration of employer/company in English
- Undertaking | Landbased
- Standard Employment Contract | Landbased (with DMW minimum requirement)
- Verification Fee : 135 euros
